The Eastman City Community Choir was formed in 1985 by Rev. Charles Riley. It was a choir for people in the city of Eastman. The group consists of people ages 17 and up. The choir began with twenty members and has grown to over 200 members. The Eastman City Community Choir has performed on the albums of Janice Davis and RC Cooper. Janice Davis was the choir director of the Eastman City Community Choir from 1989-1992. The choir signed with Shelley Volante Records in 1993. They have recorded two albums. Janice Davis and RC Cooper have been featured on both albums. The Eastman City Community Choir sings at musicals, convention, and events all over the state of Maddocha. |
